Information Collection and Use

Information may be collected when you install, access, or use the Application. The types of information that may be collected can include:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol address
  • The sections or features of the Application you access, including the date and time of access and the length of time spent using them
  • The amount of time you interact with the Application
  • The mobile operating system installed on your device

Cookies and tracking technologies

Turbo Match Rivals and certain third-party SDKs incorporated into the Application may employ cookies, software development kits, pixels, or comparable technologies for analytics, functionality, and service-related purposes. Where applicable law requires user permission for non-essential tracking, the Service Provider will request the necessary consent before such technologies are activated.

Your Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to access, update, correct, or request removal of personal information maintained by the Service Provider. You may also withdraw consent when consent is the legal basis for processing. Requests concerning these rights can be submitted to the Service Provider at [email protected].

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you reside in California, applicable law may provide you with rights concerning the personal information handled by the Service Provider. These may include the right to request information about collected data, request its deletion, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and receive equal treatment when exercising your privacy rights. CCPA/CPRA requests may be directed to the Service Provider at [email protected].

The Service Provider may use information supplied by you to communicate important service-related information, legally required notifications, and, when permitted under applicable law, promotional or marketing messages.

For certain features or functions of the Application, the Service Provider may ask you to provide information that can identify you, including but not limited to contact information such as [email protected]. Any information requested for these purposes will be retained and handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Access

Information that has been aggregated or anonymized may be periodically provided to external service providers to help analyze, maintain, and improve the Application and related services. The Service Provider may also disclose information to third parties in accordance with the circumstances explained in this Privacy Policy.

International Data Transfers

The Service Provider and selected third-party providers may process or transfer personal information in countries other than the country where you live, including locations outside the European Economic Area (EEA). When applicable law requires specific protections for cross-border data transfers, the Service Provider will rely on legally recognized safeguards.

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted or approved by the European Commission
  • Adequacy decisions or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms
  • Your consent, when legally required and permitted

Privacy requirements can vary between countries and may differ from those applicable in your jurisdiction. Where necessary, the Service Provider will implement appropriate safeguards and obtain any legally required authorization or consent before transferring personal information.

Please be aware that Turbo Match Rivals may use external services whose providers maintain separate privacy policies governing their handling of information. The third-party services used by the Application include:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

  • when disclosure is required by applicable law, including in response to a subpoena, court order, or comparable legal procedure;
  • when the Service Provider reasonably believes that disclosure is necessary to protect its rights, safeguard users or other individuals, investigate suspected fraud or abuse, or respond to a lawful government request;
  • to trusted service providers performing authorized functions on behalf of the Service Provider, provided that such providers do not independently use the disclosed information and are required to follow applicable confidentiality and privacy requirements.

Opt-Out Rights

You may discontinue the future collection of information from your mobile device by removing Turbo Match Rivals through your device's standard uninstall process. Uninstalling the Application prevents it from collecting additional information from that device, but information previously transferred to the Service Provider or third-party providers may remain subject to their applicable retention practices.

If you wish to request deletion of personal information, revoke consent, or exercise another applicable privacy right, you may contact the Service Provider at [email protected].

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider keeps information for periods determined by the purpose for which it was collected:

  • User Provided Data: Generally retained while you use the Application and for an additional 12 months afterward, unless a longer period is required by applicable law
  • Automatically Collected Data: Generally retained for a period of up to 24 months following collection, unless an extended period is necessary to satisfy legal or regulatory requirements
  • Aggregated and Anonymized Data: May be maintained without a defined expiration because it no longer directly identifies an individual
  • Data required for legal compliance: Stored for the period required by applicable laws or regulations

You may submit a request for deletion of your personal information, subject to circumstances where the Service Provider is legally required to retain certain records. If you want User Provided Data submitted through the Application to be deleted, contact the Service Provider at [email protected]. Certain information may need to remain available for Turbo Match Rivals to operate particular functions correctly.

Children

Turbo Match Rivals is not directed toward children younger than 13 years old, or any higher minimum age established by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly request information from children or intentionally promote the Application to them.

Where parental or legal guardian authorization is required, Turbo Match Rivals should not be used without the appropriate consent. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 in violation of applicable requirements. If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information has been obtained from a child in circumstances where it should not have been collected, reasonable steps will be taken to remove it from the Service Provider's systems. Parents or legal guardians who believe their child has submitted personal information may contact the Service Provider at [email protected] so that the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action taken.

Security

The Service Provider takes the protection of your information seriously and applies reasonable physical, technical, electronic, and organizational measures intended to protect information under its control from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

Data Breach Notification

If an incident involving unauthorized access to personal information occurs and notification is required by applicable law, the Service Provider will provide notice in accordance with the relevant legal requirements. Where required, such notice may include information about the incident and the measures being taken in response.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be revised periodically to reflect changes in the Application, applicable laws, technologies, or data-handling practices. Material revisions will be communicated by publishing the updated Privacy Policy together with its effective date. Where applicable law requires consent to material changes, the Service Provider will obtain such consent before the changes become effective.

Previous editions of this Privacy Policy may be retained and can be requested by contacting the Service Provider at [email protected].

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2026-09-30

Your Consent

Where your consent serves as the legal basis for processing, you provide it by actively agreeing to the relevant feature or processing activity. You may revoke that consent at any time, although withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawfully completed before the withdrawal. Information processed under another lawful basis will continue to be handled as described in this Privacy Policy.
